French Lake Butcher Shop will not accept whole carcass deer. We will not be accepting boneless trimmings until after February 1st, 2024. If you shot a deer and want us to make the sausage, please freeze the trim and drop off after February 1st. We will update website if we are able to take sooner. Please freeze trim in food grade bags. If you have any further questions please email us at [email protected]. We will answer as soon as possible! Thank you!
